The Italian Cultural Institute is glad to present the project Study in Sicily which will come to Alexandria on February 2nd 2023.
The project is organized by Indire (National Institute of Documentation, Innovation and Educational Research) in cooperation with the Italian Cultural Institute in Cairo and with the support of the Sicilian Region.
The initiative aims promoting agreements between Italian and Egyptian Universities, so that new cooperation projects in academic field can be started. The Sicilian Higher Education system which includes Universities, Academies of Fine Arts, Music Conservatories and Higher Technical Institutes is looking forward to meeting Egyptian partners. Agreements regarding mobility of students and professors, setting up of research projects, joint degrees, and double degrees.
The project includes a Fair where professors and students can get all the information and details about the educational system. Faculty professors and staff can learn about existing programs and future possible developments. The event is then followed by a concert by the Erasmus orchestra (young European musicians) to play with young Egyptian musicians, directed by Maestro Orciuolo.
The fair will take place at the Bibliotheca Alexandrina theatre on February the 2nd, form 9 am to 4 pm, the concert will take place at 8 pm, on the same day also at the Bibliotheca Alexandrina.
